These are so good! Kind of expensive, but really good! Here is their web page Good amout of fiber too!

Oh, don't tell me that Shell! Its freezing here today! We had snow yesterday and now its like 45 degrees out today. However tomorrow and Saturday are going to be in the 70's!!!

Steph, I forgot, where do you live? It sounds like you're right behind us! It was in the low 40s here in NY yesterday, but today it was in the high 70s and sooooo beautiful! I hope you get good weather soon too!

HI Kree,

I'm in UT. Tomorrow is going to be better! My boy had a t-ball game tonigt and I almost froze to death!!! I'm still cold. I came home and took a hot shower....but I'm still freezing!!!!! Ok..off to bed!

I had it today for lunch!! VERY good... can't wait to see if I have any problems with it (i.e. gas)..... if not...then this will be another great item to add to the rotation! Thanks for the tip Steph!

I've been REALLY gasey...but that started before I ate the soup....I thought it would pass but I'm still having lots now....so, it MAY have made it worse? I think I paid $2.49 at Safeway.
