Louise - how about turkey, chicken (either one ground for chicken/turkey burgers, meatloaf). There are a ton of recipes on the recipe exchange. I guess you know what I'm gonna say next...LOL!

Hi sharon: I can't tolerate turkey or chicken too much any more, although I do have the occasional chicken now and then just to break up the monotony, but I try to have as much fibre as I can before hand. Louise. what doies lol stand for?

I wasn't sure myself until recently when Sharon put me straight.
How about rice dishes for supper? I like it so many ways, with different toppings - just put on whatever you like best.
