Can someone please help me find low-fat or high-fat recipes that might help me gain weight? I'm bad at finding them on the recipe board. But if it's dessert, no chocolate please...trigger...thanks!

Try the zucchini bread recipe on the recipe exchange and also the banana bread add a slice for snacks. Also try a slice of angel food cake and soy yogurt for snack times.
Sometimes I take a slice of fresh baked soughdough bread toast it and smother the top with fruit flavored yogurt for snacks. I too have a wieght gain problem, but I'm doing a little better now. Make for breakfast times homemade pancakes, you can buy bisquick fat free baking mix substitute the egg with egg substitute and the milk with your milk sub. This brand makes delicious waffles too.
Buy krusteaz fat free bluberry muffins ot cran/orange, just add water and bake. Good for snack times. Also add a homemade cup of hot cocoa while you can add mini marshmallows, yum!! Just make sure you eat three small meals a day and snack in between, or 5 small meals a day.
Also you can get rice protien powder make smoothies in the morning for extra calories. If you not taking a probiotic consider it, it will help you balance out and stablize your weight. Hope that give you some things to go on. HAPPY EATING!!

i know you said you have trouble finding recipes on the recipe board, but you really need to post your question there to get more responses... just post it like you posted this and people will reply.
