Exactly how black to the banana's have to be for Brown Sugar Banana Bread?

I have banana's and they are about 40% black...is that black enough? Boy...when you wait for banana's to turn black it seems to take forever!

I've used them when they're only partially black and it still worked great. I think you'd be fine.

I did go ahead and throw a batch together and it is cooking now...it smells soooo good! I can't wait until it's done...I threw finely chopped pecans in it. MMMMMM....thanks for your help!

You're welcome! Let us know how it comes out. I know how frustrating it is to wait for your banana to turn black... I usually get impatient and make them into smoothies! Lol.
