Tess Louise had a super Idea going about posting your favourite SAFE IBS dish at any restaurant. I'm wondering if I could just say I think it's a fabulous idea - so if while you're browsing and you have a minute, maybe y'all could post your favourite. Maybe then we could compile a list - that would be so handy! Thanks! HS - are you just showing off because Mags showed you how to do that "click link" thing????

BTW, I think it's a good idea too and I'll start it off with:

If nothing on the menu looks like it will suffice, I order:

Bread, bread, bread
1 grilled/broiled chicken breast
fresh veggies cooked well
almost any kind of rice they have
OR baked potato

Sometimes it comes out more expensive dollarwise but not IBSwise.
