Any suggestions on preparing Boca Burgers so it's more tasty? I've only tried microwaving and cooking it in a fry pan. It tasted very dry. Has anyone stir fried or fixed it in a casserole? Thanks....June

I usually add a piece of soy cheese; that helps alot! I have bought their "boca crumbles" for recipes and have "fooled" many die hard meat eaters, so you may want to try those as well. Also, www.bocaburger.com has lots of recipes! Good luck!

Maybe I am just weird, but I like them! I try not to microwave them as that will dry them out. The pan fry method or grill is best. The Gardenburger brand and Morningstar Farms makes "burgers" that are very good too. Maybe try those brands? Good luck....

I have found that Morning Star has a low fat veggie burger and it is awesome
They also have veggie hotdogs and veggie bacon, veggie sausage, veggie chicken patties and veggie chicken nuggets
they are all good

I agree! Morning Star Farms are much better than any other brands I have tried. They are yummy! My husband, a meat-eater and non-sufferer eats them all the time. The "Crumbles" which is the ground beef substitute works great in all sorts of stuff.

Thanks for the suggestion! So far my husband (he has Crohn's) doesn't like Boca Burgers.

Boca is the name brand. They are vegetable burgers that taste very much like beef burgers.
