I'm in the middle of baking and the recipe calls for egg white so I bought Just Egg Whites in a carton and how do you measure them. I need six egg whites. If anyone knows and could let me know that would be great! Read the carton--it should tell you. Yepp, that's right...I just checked my carton. So 1 c of egg sub is 4 eggs or 4 whites. Hope this helps.
