my all-time favorite tea, i think, is probably sleepytime tea by celestial seasonings. i think it's a mix of peppermint and chamomile which are both good for digestion. it's relaxing, too. just don't get the sleepytime extra unless you plan on having it before bed, because the "extra" means it has valerian, which makes you "extra" sleepy. :-)

I went on a "tea buying binge" and bought some loose teas at a tea shop in town (Steeps) and here are my favorites:

Lemon Grasszinger: tons of lemongrass mixed with fresh dried ginger.

Summer Rose: A relaxing and soothing infusion of chamomile, rosehips, cinnamon, apples and spearmint.

Alpine Passion: A combination of lemongrass, orange peel, fennel and ginger.
