Alfredo Sauce

I have searched for the Alfredo recipe and nothing comes up except for a few postings about how good the recipe is. Does anyone have that recipe. My husband is a HUGE fan of Alfredo sauce on pasta. And I thought I would make it for him for dinner.

Here you go! recipe

I just made it last night for the first time and it was great. I didn't have all the spices, but I added a crushed clove of garlic. I also added 2 T. of soy butter. :-)

It makes a lot, so be prepared to eat it for a night or two more. Enjoy!

can you use something else besides tofu? is it used as a thickener
