Does anyone know of a specific brand of breadcrumbs that is IBS safe?

I wanted to make the Chicken Breast Nuggets recipe posted last week but when I went to the grocery store, all five brands had either milk, cheese, or whey in them.

I'm sure there's some way to make them from scratch but it just seems like too much work.

Thanks,
Leigh

Do you have a food processor? If so, just dump some bread in, pulse it, and viola - bread crumbs.

I also found that the store brand of plain bread crumbs didn't have dairy in it. All the name brands did.

i make homemade chicken nuggets all the time to take back with me to school and freeze them.
i buy a loaf of fresh french bread and cut it up into little cruton size pieces. then you spray them with the tiniest bit of canola oil spray(sometimes i dont even do this) and i add very small amounts garlic power, onion powder, parsley, pepper, salt, and the tiniest bit of cinnamon( i read it somewhere and it makes it taste so good!) you can basically add any spices you can tolerate.
i bake the bread for about 15 minutes or until the pieces get hard(not brown) and then i put them in the food processor until they are finely ground. then just dip pieces of chicken in and enjoy!

For some recipes I use corn flakes. I just put them in a freezer baggie, let out all the air, then put a towel over the baggie and smash them. It's fast, easy, and I don't make any new dirty dishes.
