the ginger altoids I found some at Trader Joes. I was just wonder if they would be save.

Yes. As a matter of fact, Heather was raving about them not too long ago. I wish I could find those near me. Ginger is great for upset tummies!

I have looked EVERYWHERE for those darn things -- they just don't sell them anywhere up here. The only health food store -- 30 miles south of us -- has all kinds except ginger. I may have to commission Heather to sell them...?
