Hi Sherr, I have bought the blueberry one and think its really yummy! There best when there first made. The day after they start to get really moist on the top (if you store them in an air tight container) Any how I'm sure with six kids you wont have to save them!!! I love muffins and I'm happy to say these are really good!! Infact I think I'll make some tomorrow!! Oh and please let me know what you think of the cranberry orange, I haven't tried this one yet!!

So you have six kids? Wow that's a lot of little mouths to feed!!! How old are your kids??

ok better run....Let me know what you think of these muffins!!

Oh Good! They look totally safe and I'm making some tonight.
I have actually 3 sons ages 16,12, and 7. Then I have after school almost everday for 2 1/2 hours my three neices, 14,13,12 mad teenager house. So since they are withme more than 50% of the time since they where born I always say there mine. I always wanted six but got 3 of my own which is a blessing.. So I do feed quite a little army from time to time.

I used to make these all the time. I'd buy several boxes of each, make several batches, and freeze them. Then hubby could help himself whenever he wanted -- just pop 'em in the mike for a minute.

They're very good, especially the cranberry orange. Blueberry doesn't have enough blueberry in it to suit me -- I always have to add a couple cans (I do love my blueberries!).

Hmmm..... I may just have to make some more of these beauties.....

Hi I am fairly new at the boards, however Yes even before my IBS my husband I and have Used Krusteaz mixes. They are wonderful. We have substituted the edd in the Belgian Waffle Mix and use Spectrum Naturals Super Oils, such as Canola Oil which is high in monounsaturated fat which is a good thing and can it be used at high temperatures with out burning. We also use other Krusteaz mixes, pancakes etc. making some adjustments like adding apple sauce to the batter and using less oil. Any egg which is required in these mixes we use egg substitutes.Breakfast was and is our first great meal of the day which gets me started right. I have my soluble fiber using acacia in my juice, bowl of frest fruit and then sour bread toast or on treat days waffles or pancackes. Dinner is still a time for hands to go into air. We love rice and have become familiar with all the varieties. Our Tiger Rice cooker is either cooking or on warm. However the standards we use are starting to lose there appeal shrimp, crab, and soft white chicken breasts cooked with vegetables with various creative sauces. Sorry to go off so far from your topic! but Yes they are worth buying and using. :o [color:red] [/color]

I have a question about the Krusteaz Cinnamon Crumb Cake Mix. The ingredients all look IBS-safe, except for the last ingredient for the crumb topping is "artificial flavor", which includes butter. Has anybody tried this mix? It seems that if it's the final ingredient, it probably isn't enough to cause a problem, but I thought I'd see if anybody else had any problems with this product.

Thanks!
