Thanks for the reply. I tried this & it didn't seem to sit well in my stomach. I'm not sure why? It all seems fairly safe. I guess I will wait a while & try again.

I have a quick and easy rice pudding. Just take your rice add about 2/3 cup soy milk to a cup of rice, put in about 1/4 cup golden raisins, 1/2-1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 tspn of olive oil and a little brown sugar. It's really good for a snack or breakfast.
