Thanks!!!! Wow, what a nice change to what I normally put on rice noodles, which is fish sauce and GF soy sauce, cooked shrimp and some veggies like peas or snow peas. It's quick and easy but gets old.

I've found a problem with fresh garlic but not garlic powder so that may be an option. And if I didn't have green onions I may just throw in dried chives. See what a lazy cook I am?

Kandee, I've missed you too! I was about ready to e-mail you and make sure you hadn't fallen off the face of the earth. How's life?

Hi Dear one and favorite Rochestarian,

Thanks for the concern. I'm fine, really, just been busy with all sorts of projects and travel.

A HUGE congratulations on being the new recipe moderator!! Of all the people in the world you definitely should be "the" one……………….you rock. BUT, it's all your fault I went to baking again when all I ever wanted to do in mid-life was turn my kitchen into an extra closet, and eat out all the time. I swear…………I've had to give up the Britney Britches (can't get in them anymore anyway) and wear white granny slacks and let them project films on my rear end!!! Have to give up baking and computers a while and beef up the exercise. Duct taping my mouth wouldn't hurt either. When I see a recipe post from Kree I'm just going to turn my head from now on……………If I so much as look, I'm doomed!!!

Getting ready to enjoy spring???????

Kandee, you're too funny! So you have to "wear white granny slacks and let them project films on [your] rear end" now, eh?? LOL! That's terrible... I had no idea my baked goods had such a dramatic effect!

As for the Britney pants, no great loss there in my mind. Who wants to look like her anyway? She annoys me. Yuck.

Yes, I am SO ready for Spring... if it ever comes! It's still snowing outside my window right now. I was supposedly on "Spring" break this past week... ha! So what's it like in beautiful CA right now... or don't I want to know? It's times like this you're lucky you escaped Rochester.

In Boston we could get Kosher rice noodles...not so much here. I MISS THEM!

Wow, you found GREAT stuff to do with them! I wish I'd been so creative I usually just ate em' in marinara sauce...

Thanks for this post Jen...it's great to know I'm not the only one who eats this stuff Plus now I have great new ways to eat my rice noodles!

*hugs*
