yep... lined the muffin tin and glad i did cuz they barely wanna come out of the liners! lol
one tray finished early..was very brown so took them out. everyone LOVES them!!!
one more cupcake tray and the loaf pan to go.
wish i had some cool whip to give that a shot with it. lol

We are having Mother's Day at our place this year.... we are BBQ'ing all kinds of stuff and I'm making THIS for desert! I will do the loaf pans, slice a piece for each dish, put a drop of ultra lowfat cool whip, and a sprig of mint on top!

Gosh you must be a good cook Kelly. You come up with the most interesting ideas.
I'm not to sure about this concoction. I'll have to think about it.........But I have to admit the chocolate and coconut (and cherries) tweak my interest.
I may be the ONLY one here that didn't care for the recipe as it stands. Not that I don't like angel food cake, or pineapple.......it's just that it seems rather plain to me. I want something really ooey-gooey on top or dripping off the sides........chocolate would do it!!

I think I told you in another post on the LR that he was pooped. I tired him out. I have an affect on men that way....(yeah, sure). So when he's had a sufficient dose of Geritol, I'll bring him back............just for you BL!!!
