I can't wait to try it when we buy turkey breasts again! turkey or chicken
P.S. Do you think it would be ok without the honey? sure....maybe increase your rice vingar by about a 1/2 Tbp and maybe add a Tbp of brown sugar for the sweetness. Or maybe maple syrup? Just another idea....

Wow, Shell, you're so creative! I usually stick to recipes, but your changes sound so yummy! I'll have to try it your way sometime soon! Anyway, I'm so glad you liked it!

Hi Meryl! Not a dumb question at all. I had to ask the same thing when I was first looking for rice wine vinegar because I couldn't find it anywhere, until I found out that it was the same as rice vinegar. Then I found it, and the rest is history.

This board has been so dead lately, sometimes I wonder if I'm the only one around here doing any cooking.
Anyway, I made this last night. It was pretty good, but I could really taste the vinegar. I served it with rice noodles since I have a zillion packages to use up -- this was a mistake, white rice would've been way better. Next time I'll try cutting the rice vinegar in half. My favorite part was how easy it was to make.

Well, my husband opened the lid and said no to even trying this meal. So now I have all this chicken to eat.
Has anyone tried to freeze it? I see no reason why it shouldn't be freeze ok. Just wondering.
Thanks, Karen
