Question for Bev- re: wine in your spaghetti sauce recipe

Hi Bev! I wanted to make your awesome slow cooker sp. sauce again, but this time I thought I'd
try adding the red wine. Do you recommend cooking wine from the grocery store or a red wine
you'd get at a liquor store? Thanks- Linda

Hi Linda,

Go for the cheap stuff; the alcohol will all burn off anyway. Save the liquor store variety for a special occasion.
