I cooked with tofu last night for the 1st time!

My hubby and I had tacos. He had his with chicken...I had mine with tofu! It came out GREAT! I was nervous since there are no directions on the package...but I got creative and voila! It was quite good! Any ideas of what else I can use tofu for? I'm totaly new with this product here! Thanks all!

Congrats Ruchie! Tofu is a little intimidating at first, but it's really great if you flavor it right! Did you use regular or silken tofu? Because there's an amazing stuffed shells recipe on the boards that uses silken. I would highy recommend it!

Hi Ruchie...congrats on stepping into the Tofu world! It is a great product. You can scramble it like eggs and mix some tumeric in it for color. YUM! Also, I use it in stir fries and the ground in place of any ground meat. Good luck! Enjoy!
