I have recently been diagnosed with IBS. It is my birthday on the 14th Feb and I need to make a cake everyone in my family can eat. Unfortunatly some of my relatives are diabetic which makes this even more difficult. any help greatfuly recived. Heather has a recipe for Peppermint fudge cake. It's really yummy. Safe for you but not for the members with diabetes. My sister has diabetes and cheats. That's great that your family members with it stay clear of sugar! Anyways if you want to make that do a search for peppermint cake and I'll bet you find more good info on it.
