I don't own Heather's book, but I checked it out at the Library agian yesterday. I love to make Sorbet, but can it be made without using an ice cream maker?

Hi! Here is a recipe I found on All Recipes for sorbet that doesn't use an ice cream maker. web page

Maybe you could use it as a guideline to adjust your recipe(s)?

Good Luck!

Mags - how do you get the "web page" to pop up like that with the connection in place? Am I being dense again? (But, you do have to admit I caught on easy with the colored words, right?

Sharon - You are an excellent student! As well as teacher...I saw you teaching others how to use color ...lol

Anyway, I'm not quite sure what you mean...I think you mean how to do a link? If so, just click on "URL" (in the list to the right of the Instant Graemlins on the reply screen), then enter the address in the pop up box. I like to go the to the web page I want to link to, copy the address (sometimes they're way long! or this also works great if you've doing it to a past post or something--copies all the "codes" in the web address), then paste it into the pop up box. The next box asks what you want to call it. The default is "web page". You can leave it or change it to whatever you'd like. Then viola: some funky code stuff pops up in the reply box, and there you go. And maybe you'll come up with a little something like this! LOL Thought you might enjoy that!

I always like to preview & check the link to make sure it works okay before posting it, also. There's nothing worse than a broken link! (ok, maybe there is, but you get the point..hehe)

Hope this makes sense! If that's not what you meant or if you have more questions, let me know.

M&M signing off for another Friday lesson for Sharon...haha!
