So I made this Saturday, It turned out good but,the bottom burnt a little. What temp should you have the stove? And why don't you want to wisk the bottom? Also I didn't know it burnt until I put it in a container. I left it in the stock pot for a few hours until my container was done in the diswasher...so now it has a burnt taste to it. When it was first done it tasted great. I think letting it sit in the stock pot gave it a burnt taste. Is there anything I can do to get that to go away? Should I add some fresh lemon juice? I feel so bad...it tasted wonderful at first. I wish I would have transfered it right when it was done! OH well I hope I don't make that mistake again.

Has anyone else made this? Have any advise for me? OH one more question..on another post for pudding it says don't use silk soy. That's what I used with this. What is the reason for not using silk?

Thanks for your help!

I'm not sure on the rice pudding, but for some strange reason, Silk soy milk doesn't set well for puddings. I've never tried it, but if you do a search on the boards (here's one of them: web page ) it comes up every once in awhile.
