Hey everyone,
Im practically home alone today so i thought id finally make these cookies. The only thing is, im am very sensitive to oatmeal, so i replaced the oatmeal with crushed corn flake crumbs. I thought they were absolutely delicious!!! They werent hard and crisp like most cookies, but instead they were good and soft, almost like a muffin. In fact, it was like half cookie, half muffin. They should be called "mookies" or "cookins" MMM. Im makin' another batch tomorrow

Concretangel,
I just made these cookies and they are really good and very easy! The only thing is that the recipe didn't make very much at all. I almost done eating them! Next time I make them, I will double the amounts to make a larger batch. But these are very good!! YUM!!
