Hi LtDanfan, I know this is an old post but I noticed two things about you, You are in Ohio and you love God too! As for Trader Joe's, there is one in Columbus on Sawmill Road. Hope to hear from you! Lori

Hi Cheryl, I'm glad I'm not the only one in Ohio that has IBS....Ha Ha! I live in West Liberty, Ohio. About 30 mins. from Columbus. I love the Lord so much. He is revealing many, many things to me about my health and what I must do to get well. The most important thing is realizing that my recovery is in my hands and what I put in my mouth is solely my doing. I can choose to live life abundantly or suffer the consequence of making poor food choices. I am so grateful for this website, and the wonderful products that have helped me be well. Thinking of starting a support group sometime....have you ever though of starting one? Lori

I am actually a counselor, and have done some counseling but not for IBS. Did you know that the bible talks about the Acacia bush/tree in the old testament? When I started it, I wasn't sure but when I saw that in the bible, I felt it was confirmation that I should be taking it, I'm IBS - D
I would join a support group on line!! I have family that lives in Columbus, actually Powell, if you want you can send me your private e-mail and we could chat.

Hi folks. I live in columbus ohio. I usually do IBS specific shopping at either Whole Foods at Sawmill and 161, or Trader Joes :-)

Look forward to trying some good cheese! That's the one thing I can't master

Hi there - Does it have casein in it?
Some soy cheeses put cow ingredients in them, I don't understand that.
Just wondering....
