This is why I stopped linking to recipes and copy & paste them into new posts! Sorry about that.....

Here's the original recipe:

Baked Mozzarella Sticks
Servings: 4

Olive oil spray
2 egg whites
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs Be sure to use a dairy-free kind. I plain and season my own.
8 ounces fat-free mozzarella cheese, sliced into 8 fingerlike strips (cut 8-ounce square in half widthwise, cut each half into 4 sticks) Use rice or soy mozzarella
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish I use marinara rather than their mayo/ketchup/horseradish sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with olive oil spray and set aside. Place egg whites and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Add mozzarella cheese to egg whites and turn to coat. Transfer to bread crumbs and turn to coat, gently pressing crumbs into cheese to cover completely. Arrange mozzarella sticks on prepared baking sheet, spray with olive oil. Bake 5 minutes, until golden brown. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup and horseradish. Serve with warm mozzarella sticks.

Serving Size: 2 sticks & 2 tablespoons dip

I made these last night using homemade bread crumbs. They came out even better than before!!! I processed some French bread in my food processor to get really coarse crumbs and toasted them slightly in the oven. The result was a crunchier coating making them taste even better.
