I am halfway through the The first year IBS book and trying to eat right. I just wanted to check on something. I have noticed that some breads (like oatmeal bread), ramen noodles, and rice a roni all have wheat flour as their first or second ingredient. Does that mean I shouldn't eat these?
thanks for helping me figure it all out. Oh and are grits safe?

Welcome to the board

Wheat flour (i.e. white flour) is safe. Whole grain wheat flour (brown flour) is not safe. See the insloluble fiber page. Grits may or may not be safe depending on individual experience. Be careful.
