Pages: 1 Sobe Life Waters       #365062 - 06/08/11 07:25 PM Edit Reply Quote mpwifet Reged: 06/08/11 Posts: 4 I am new to the board and am not sure I am posting this in the right area..I have been conforming my diet for the last few days...and I am trying to replace the diet soda that I was drinking. Every now and then I like to have some sort of flavored drink other than tea or iced tea. I like the Sobe life waters that have 0 calories...will these be ok on the EFI? I know things are different for everyone but I am already starting to feel better and I don't want to sabotage the progress!! This the recipe board. If there are artificial sugars in the Sobe drink, it is unsafe. Artificial sugars tend to wreak havoc on most of us with IBS.
