I found this brownie recipe on www.allrecipes.com. I had to alter them a bit but they are the best brownies I've had. I keep making them over and over. I can eat the whole dish myself and they haven't given me any trouble.

Chewy Brownies

Prep Time: 10 Minutes Ready In: 35 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes Servings: 36

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup eggbeaters egg whites
2 tablespoons light corn syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts (omitted)
confectioners' sugar

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Combine oil, eggs, corn syrup and vanilla; add to dry ingredients. Fold in nuts if desired. Spread in a greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-27 minutes (I had to cook mine for 40 minutes) or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Dust with confectioners' sugar while warm if desired.

Ultimate Chocolate Pudding Brownies

1 C granulated sugar, divided
1 C all-purpose unbleached flour
2 T Acacia Tummy Fiber (optional)
1/4 t salt
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder (such as Hershey's), divided
2 t baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 C canola oil
1/2 C soy or rice milk or almond
1 t vanilla extract
1 T decaffeinated instant coffee powder (optional)
1 C boiling water

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat an 8" or 9" square baking pan with cooking oil spray.

In a large bowl, sift and whisk together 2/3 C of the sugar, the flour, Tummy Fiber, salt, 1/4 C of the cocoa, baking powder, and cinnamon. Whisk well to blend. Stir in the oil, soy milk, and vanilla (batter will be stiff). Scrape batter into prepared pan and smooth top.

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/3 C sugar and 1/4 C cocoa. Sprinkle evenly over the cake batter. Dissolve the coffee powder (if using) into the boiling water, and pour water over the cake. Do not stir.

Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, until the top of the cake looks crisp and crackled. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes, and serve warm.

Here's the frosting its from a old post I just copy it. I also posted some more as well. If you haven't tried the seven minute frosting its great my dh favorite plan on putting it on a carrot cake this weekend (his favorite to and ibs safe) Enjoy! I plan on make these brownies soon. I made chcolate muffins this moring there were great! Enjoy!
Chocolate Frosting
1 c powdered sugar
2T cocoa powder
2T hot water
1/2 t vanilla
Mix together
That frosting is amazing! For a 13x9 in. pan of brownies I think I tripled the frosting recipe and added around an extra tablespoon of hot water so the frosting was easier to spread.
