Just finished reading The Friday Night Knitting Club books and the author has posted 2 gluten free muffin recipes : Pumpkin Muffins and Maple Apple Muffins...they sound really good...if anyone is interested I will post. (Tried to check if they have been posted but didn't see anything).

thanks. I was really hoping you would have the pumpkin one you found. I love pumpkin anything! I checked out the pinterest, but it's always nice to get a referal from somebody who has already made the recipe. Tested, tried and true!
