I need a safe yellow cake mix my health food stores don't care any and I am 100 miles or more away from whole foods is there any box one out there I can use? Thanks

I've used Duncan Hines before. Just substitue the oil with applesauce and eggs with egg whites. I believe there's a low fat version of the recipe on there, but it calls for whole eggs. I normally follow that and use egg white instead. HTH
