Im not a big fan of ff mayo. I use Hellmans Light. Its great and it only has 3.5g of fat. It doesnt bother me and tastes the same as regular mayo. Good Luck

Smart Balance Omega Plus. It has no high fructose corn syrup. All the others I looked at on the shelf did. I use it all the time with no bad effect, even when my symptoms are on the fence. Seems to be harmless to me

I tried the Smart Balance Omega Plus and it's pretty good. It's not fat free but it is low-fat.

Per Tablespoon:

50 calories
40 calories from fat
4.5 grams of fat

It does have egg yolks but they're listed as the fifth ingredient so they may be tolerable.

It also says it's gluten free.

I used Walden's farm fat free mayo. They say mayo but really it's some sort of fat free concoction but it still tastes good.

Kraft have a fat fee mayo but I've never been able to find it in the groceries stores here in Vancouver.
