I really like Teryiaki sauce with my chicken and rice but I am trying to eat healthier and I cant have hfcs so I am looking for a sauce that either I can buy or make to sub for the teryiaki sauce I use to use.

Newman's Own makes a teriyaki marinade I really like. It has no HFCS.

There are lots of brands of Asian sauces without HFCS. Hoisin is my favorite, but high in cals. You can make your own teriyaki as easy as anything. A soy sauce and brown sugar base with whatever seasonings you want to add- even pineapple juice.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Oh thats sounds good. I would just have to find a soy sauce that doesn't have HFC.
