Juggling eating frequently and drinking 128oz of water daily, How?

Hello Heather
How do you eat frequently and drink alot of water(no less than 64oz or 128oz)? when you should no eat and drink alot so close together, because that can inhibit digestion. right? I have IBS-C.

I've never heard that eating meals/snacks close together can inhibit digestion. As for getting enough water, I learned to drink more by being sure to drink 8 ounces with every meal and snack. If you figure 3 meals and one snack, that's 32 ounces right there. Add a 12-ounce mug of herbal tea before breakfast and one after lunch and dinner and that's another 36 ounces which brings you up to 68 ounces. See how you do at that level.
It can be easier if you work up to this gradually. Start with, say, 4 ounces with each meal and snack and smaller cups of tea. That helps prevent your spending the whole day in the bathroom.
