looking for things to do with the97% lean ground turkey hamburger I bought besides a taco or putting it on spaggetti noodles. Any great soups or meal ideas so I can eat off it for a few days? I think some kind of soup with the hamburger and turkey bacon would be good?
a really good spagettie recipe would be great, someone tell me what seasonins work great and all.

ANY recipe that calls for ground beef, such as chili or spaghetti sauce, you can substitute ground turkey for the beef.

Go to the top of this page and select "Search". From there go to the recipe link on the Recipe board. From there you can search "Ground Turkey Burgers" and/or "Spaghetti sauce". On the latter search, simply substitute ground turkey for ground beef in the recipes.
Best of luck finding things that appeal to you. I personally like to make pasta sauces in a crock pot and let them simmer for hours on low.

You can make meatloaf,lasagna,"ham"burgers...anything you would use beef for you can substitue ground turkey or chicken. You won't notice any difference except the pain from eating beef.
BTW I do eat beef but it can lay pretty heavy in your stomach.I prefer chicken but my family are beef farmers so...

I like cooking my ground turkey with a splash of red cooking wine and Worcestershire sauce. Gives it more of a "meaty" flavor.
