Try this. Have you ever had Shepherd's Pie? You can replace the ground beef with turkey. I found a great recipe on the Nick Jr. website. So simple. It has the turkey on the bottom (you make a gravy out of a little flour and low-fat/sodium/no msg chicken broth). You season however you like. I added thyme and cooked my turkey in fresh garlic and onions (if you can handle). You cook and mash your potatoes. I put corn and peas in my second layer, but you could use any veggie you can tolerate. Then on top you put the mashed potatoes and bake. UMMM UMMM good!
