I was wanting to make low fat cranberry pumpkin bread and it says 1 cup of egg substitute how many egg whites is that?Thanks.

One cup of Eggbeaters should also work just fine, and also being IBS safe.

I am sure that I read that two egg whites = 1 egg. I hope this helps.

1/4 C. egg substitute = 1 egg = 2 egg whites.
So, for 1 cup you're looking at 8 egg whites.
