with turkey hamburger,not any burgers or sloppy joes..not sure wat though..I saw a recipe I believe it was with a crockpot..but not cowboy stew

I'm not sure what you can tolerate, but I made a taco casserole once with ground turkey. You layer corn tortillas, ground turkey with taco seasoning, refried beans (if tolerable). If you think this might be something you'd like to try, I can look for the recipe.

do the corn tortillas have IF?? anyway I shouldn't make this I don't think I can tolerate right now...hopefully someone wold post more recipes.

I did a search for ground turkey all boards and all posts,went through every page till there was no more pages to go through..I found recipes! I save all posts,I want to finish reading later,or recipes I may make to favorites so I can easily find them,not forget about them. anything that is helpful now or for the future I save to favorites..I'd hate to remember I found a great post and not find it becaue I don't remember the name of it,or harldy remember anything about it,except I want to find it,lol.

You could create your own IBS recipe book in a binder divided up like a regular cookbook. Just print and put into slip covers or laminate them. Also if you have family, you could make the cookbook for them and not even mention it is for IBS. There are a lot of good recipes and most people dont even realize it is healthy and IBS friendly.

actually I have a post about how I want to make my own ibs book with a binder..not just of recipes,lots of things..I thought about making sections like,thanks giving,christmas and such too,or just chocolate section.
