Heathers silk chocolate pudding double boiler?

I love this pudding but we don't have this kinda pot what else can I use to make this pudding. Dh and I have made it one other time but it took a while for it to thicken. Any suggestions? Thanks

Just cook it in a saucepan directly over a low burner. Stir constantly so it doesn't burn! This worked out just fine for me.

Anytime you want to cook something delicate requiring a double boiler you can just use a good glass bowl over a pan of simmering water.
