Will I get the same benefit of drinking Fennel tea if I add a little natural sugar to the tea, or should I just drink it without any sweetener?

Yes you can add sugar or stevia or a liquid sweetener like agave syrup.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Great, thank you  I had my first cup today and I was amazed at how it calmed the battle in my belly after I ate lunch!!! I just ordered the book and the fiber supplements, I'm excited to try new things to help with this belly of mine.

is it possible to drink too much of heather's fennel tea? I drink a strong coffee pot full everyday and was thinking of also adding fennel capsules...
