Haven't posted in a long time Just now getting around to trying Heather's Blueberry Pecan Cake and I didn't have a springform pan. I went to Kitchen & Company today, but all they had was a 9" pan, no 10" pans, which is what the recipe calls for. Has anyone made this who can tell me if this is a problem?
Also, how big of a double boiler is needed to make the Chocolate Silk Pudding in EFI? Again, at Kitchen & Company, all I saw was a 2 qt double boiler. Does anyone know what size I need to be looking for?
Thanks a lot!

I believe the 9inch will be fine, but may add a few minutes cooking time. You don't ever need a double boiler if you have a heatproof boil that will sit in a saucepan above simmering water. Or for melting chocolate just do it in the microwave. I have a double boiler and use it very rarely.
