Yes! They are great! I love the raspberry vinaigrette. I dunno if it has HFCs in it, I haven't had it in a while. But make sure to read the label.

The balsamic vinaigrette is awesome as well!

Thanks, I haven't been able to find any fat free salad dressings and they look like they may be IBS safe.

There is a sticky post at the beginning of the Diet Board that explains all of the abbreviations if you have trouble with them.

My favorite normal dressing is Wishbone light french. I accidentally bought Western light recently and ate almost all of it before realizing it was the wrong one and full of HFCS. There are some good choices for dressings in produce too! Like the mango ginger one and the light lemon poppyseed (almost spelled it poopyseed ).

It's really best to make your own salad dressing. A little olive oil with some balsamic vinaigrette or some apple cider vinegar with some dry mustard and a little sugar is good too. I'll get my mother's recipe for a good salad dressing and post it for you.

She always makes salads with dark leafy greens and puts artichoke hearts and berries in it with a little feta cheese (I pick off the feta cheese) and always makes her own salad dressing!

I think it is Marzetti's but I can't remember for sure. Look in produce. There are 2-3 brands of dressing common there.

You can follow most vinaigrette recipes by just subbing some of the oil for water, and shake it up.
The dressing recipe I like has balsamic, EVOO, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar.

I was diagnois with IBS ...I love McDonals Cesar salad with crispy chicken. When I eat the salad I use the Paul Newmans Cesar salad dressing. It took me while to figure out that it was the salad dressing along with the tomatoes and the different kinds of cheese that is in the salad that causes my IBS to flare up. I know that the dressing is made with anchovies which are oily. I get so sick I break out in cold sweats, vomiting, constipation and bowel movement at the same that all of these symptoms are going on. My breathing gets kind of short. I have a lot of gas bloating and constipation. My stomach gets so nervious and it makes me feel jittery. All these symptoms gose on at the same time as well bowel movements that is constipated when it flares up. I am on medication but it dose not help very much. I try to find different foods to eat but have no clue as to what I should eat and not eat. It drives me crazy sometimes because I do not know what to do.
