I am looking fo r a pasat salad that doesn't contain mayo or italian dressing maybe something with a french dressing to to take to a cookout. Maybe even a rice salad? You know it can have veggies and stuff just no mayo or italian dressing. I out of mayo and alot of people don't like itialian dressing so can anyone help me? Any suggestions would be great thanks!

Rice Salad 5 cups cooked and cooled rice (can be left over) 1 bag baby spinach ½ - 1 cup raisins 1 cup coarsely chopped cashews 1 bunch scallions chopped 6 -5 mushrooms sliced
Dressing—toss together: ½ cup soy sauce ½ cup olive oil 4-5 cloves garlic minced
