Craving! (oatmeal pie)

I have been craving sweets lately and my biggest one is an oatmeal pie. I know the store bought ones are totally off limits, but I might end up with one in my mouth. Does anyone have a recipe that can save me?!

Maybe make oatmeal cookies and stick marshmellow cream in the middle. This is the best I can think of off the top of my head. I miss things like that so much to! My weakness was the swiss cake rolls! hth

Great idea! I will have to try it sometime. I also think a seven minute frosting in the middle would be a treat. I am really going with this idea. A chocolate creme center or creme center with a dab of raisins sounds wonderful. I should stop I am making my mouth water.

the rasin sounds great! let me know if you try it. I made oatmeal rasin cookies ysterday and my daughter and dh went crazy over them. Theres a recipe for whoopie pies on here I have been wanting to try. I bet those are good. good luck and let me know how it turns out.
