(just a joke )

I kind of figure regular mayonnaise is off limits...no-brainer, right? (too bad, I love mayo!)

But are there other safe condiments to eat? Ketchup, mustard, relish, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, etc?

I know we have to look out for things like HFCS and MSG and dairy and such, I was just curious as to what I should try and stay away from.

Thanks!

(I posted this in the main forum, but it was sinking like a stone, so I thought I might try it here. )

Soy sauce and mustard are almost always safe. Worchestershire sauce (pronounced wustersure BTW- a pet peeve of mine), ketchup and BBQ very often have HFCS. I get organic ketchup and worchestershire and found Bull's Eye and a couple other BBQ w/o HFCS (some tomato based sauces make people get icky acidy tummies). I was looking at the new olive oil mayo and it is pretty safe also Smart Balance is doable. I get the egg free one from the organic section though. Always watch fat content in mayo and salad dressing.

I use Smart Beat mayo and have no problems. It has 0 fat too.
