IBS Safe Dessert from a Box?

I am looking for an IBS safe dessert that can be made using a box cake mix or cookie mix? Any ideas?

There are recipes using Angel Food Cake mix in the recipe archive. I also think there maybe one using a cake mix with pumpkin. You can also do a search.

There are seveal in the recipe archives...
one made with a spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin...one made with a brownie or chocolate cake mix and a can of pumpkin..lots of ideas!
