Did everyone on here but me know that Mori-Nu makes a lite tofu? lol

Lite silken tofu is great in desserts and in fake alfredo sauce. Sometimes I take melted dark chocolate, sweetener and silken tofu and whip together into a mousse. It can go in graham crusts and top with Tru Whip. Yum!
