Recipes I found online or in my Thin Kitchen recipe book I got from beach body,also some from my shape magazine. Let me know if you make them and how they were!

Chicken Tortilla and Rice Soup

Chalene Johnson's Summer Smoothie

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh pineapple,peeled and cored

1/4 cup ripe papaya-peeled,deseeded,and chopped
1/4 cup mango,peeled and cubed

honey

1/2 cup ice

optional-1/2 scoop beachbody vanilla whey protein powder (maybe some vanilla rice or soy milk/ or some pure vanilla extract would be good?!)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie(modify it,or tell me what u did to make it really good)

1cup skim milk

1 scoop Beachbody Vanilla whey protein powder

1Tbsp. natural peanut butter

honey to taste if desired

4 or 5 ice cubes

maybe vanilla rice or soy milk for the vanilla whey powder,maybe some hersey's lite syrup? is that safe?

Apple and Butternut Suash SOup

4lbs. butternut squash

4tsp. canola oil

1red onion chopped

5 medium Granny smith apples,peeled and diced.

1cup vegetarian bouillon

1/2tsp. grated fresh ginger

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

4 cups water

1 1/3 cups 1 percent skim or soy milk (um what does this mean just soy not 1% soy milk?)

1 tsp. salt
1tsp. ground whtie pepper

parsley to garnish

Thai Chicken Pizza

3/4 cup Grilled chicken,diced

1/4 cup natural peanut butter,preferably salt-free

1tbsp. reduced sodium tamari sauce(don't know what that is)

1Tbsp. Sambal Oelek or other Asian chilli paste

1Tbsp. sugar

2-1/4 tsp. tamarind concentrate (??)

1 clove minced garlic

1/2tsp. curry powder

1/4 tsp. Asian seseme oil

1/4tsp. grated fresh ginger

1 lb. package of regrigerated pizza dough(whole wheat variety if available)

4 white- button mushrooms thinly sliced(1 cup)

1/2 diced red bell pepper

1small shallot,quartered and thinly sliced(1/4 cup)

1/3 chopped fresh cilantro leaves

nonstick vegtable oil cooking spray

Sriracha hot sauce(optional) (??)

I will add more later,when I find the other recipes,tired of typing and would have to look for them,gotta go)

Thanks for the butternut squash soup recipe. I buy it ready made from Trader Joes and its delicious, but its nice to made my own instead of buyint it. Yum, Yum

what is trader joes? is it a store or hfs? do they ship items to people's houses?

Trader Joes is a hfs and they dont offer online shopping. Sorry about that, keep searching, dont give up!!!

but do they have a number you can call? I know a hfs that has a number and mails me my cammomile tea and once veganaise..but I'm looking for a place with more variety..

It's really good,I used 2 of those swanson chicken broth boxes though and added probly 3 cups of rice,and I had 3 pieces of chicken in there.
