Crepes anyone?

Just wondering if anyone has a recipe for dessert crepes.

Almost at the end of this post is a crepe recipe modified to be IBS-safe. You could try that.

As for fillings, here are some suggestions:

Fill with hot banana pudding (web page)

Chunky maple apple sauce (web page)

There's always Chocolate Syrup.

You can also look through the Recipe Index and check out any pies or cobblers to see if their fillings look good.

If you're not wedded to the actual crepe, here's someone who suggests using spring roll wrappers. I might try phyllo dough.
