I used just regular flour when I made these. You have to try these they are awesome! I made them last week and they didn't last . I used just 1/2 cup of choclate chips and there was still plenty of choclate. Dh love them he ask me if i would make more! let me know what you think of them...

Thanks!!!! I am really excited to try these! I miss choc. chip cookies so much. I found vegan choc. chips that I like made by Enjoy Life. To me they taste just like Nestles! I am going to make them this week!!

Any Subs for the corn syrup? Like can you use canola oil or 2 1/2 tbsp Smart Balance Light instead?? Im trying to use ingredients I have here as I have a CRAVING NOW LOL... And I would just use also reg flour so 2 & 1/2 cups flour and that would work right?

Corn syrup isn't a fat so I'd do something like replace the 2-1/2 Tablespoons of corn syrup with 2 Tablespoons granulated (regular white) sugar and 1 Tablespoon water. I'm basing this on a recipe I found to make a corn syrup substitute.

Yes, if you want to use all regular flour use 2-1/2 cups of it.

What about using honey, agave nectar or molasses.
