Whats your favorite pumpkin bread recipe thats ibs safe?

I am in the mood for some pumpkin bread and hoping that the sf will settle my stomach. So I was just wondering what some of your favorites are. Keep in mine I have a heard time with apples.Thanks

I use the one in Heather's book - I just skip the apples. It comes out great and I get raves about it!

Thank you I was always wondering if you could do that. Any reason why you skip the apples? I don't handle applesauce well. Just curious. Thanks again

I don't handle apples well, either. Plus chopping them up for the recipe just seemed like too much work!
