Oooohh... I love shrimp! Cook some pasta and sautee some carrots, tomatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms until they are cooked to a pulp then add shrimp and veggies to the pasta; toss with a little olive oil and some basil..... mmmmmm... good

Mix them into cooked pasta or rice. Try searching for cooked shrimp at Cooking Light .
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I saute them in a little olive oil and some fat-free or reduced fat salad dressing (balsamic vinegrette and italian are my faves) until the dressing has thickened/reduced. Serve over hot white rice. Very quick, easy, safe and tasty!
